how can i purchase items?

  • Shop items are in USD ($) and transactions are securely handled by credit card or PayPal.

where and when do you ship?

  • At this time, I only ship within the United States.
  • Orders ship in 2-3 business days.
  • Any delivery delays or updates (on my end) will always be communicated.

how do you ship?

  • Orders are shipped via USPS:
    USPS Ground Advantage (Delivery: 2-5 business days)
    Includes tracking and is the default shipping method, unless otherwise noted.

    First-Class Mail (Delivery: 1-5 business days)
    To reduce costs, some items (such as single stickers or small prints) will ship with stamps and no tracking.

what is your refund policy?

  • Majority of my work is one of a kind or limited quantity, so I do not offer refunds. All sales are final! (Exceptions would be if I made an error with your order or there was a stock issue.)
  • I do my best to ensure item descriptions are transparent and I make sure orders are packaged securely.
  • I am not responsible for customer's incorrect address, or items delayed, damaged, or lost in the mail. 
  • Please reach out with any questions or concerns regarding an order ASAP! If you have an issue with an order, I must be contacted within 3 days of item delivery.

do you take commissions?

  • Yes! I commonly do pet and character portraits, but I am open to other things as well. Send me a message with any inquiries.
